Just like the most beautiful pedestrian zone in the country, the department store on the main street /Hlavná ulica/ is an integral part of Košice.
However, in the recent years it has not served its purpose. Thus we have transformed this unique building, located in a pedestrian zone within the reach of residential buildings, offices and government offices, into a place for spontaneous shopping and practical services. And last but not least, all this in iconic architecture.
This was the first department store in the centre of Košice that we decided to renovate and operate in full splendour. It offers 9,500 m2 of leasable area and 50 retail units.
Urban department store redefines the trend of how to enjoy relaxation and strolling through the city centre.
